James O Henley James (Jim) O. Henley succumbed to dementia on March 17, 2020. Mr. Henley was born in 1934 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He served two tours in the United States Air Force, was Vice-President of Smitty's Big Town Groceries, as well as the Circle K Corp., and was Interim CEO of Fazio Foods in Cleveland, Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Viva Jeanne Marks Henley, his sons James Mark and John Ferrell and daughter Lara Shannon Desautel, six grandsons and two granddaughters, as well as two sisters and one brother. He was active in Event Jumping for many years, and was a member of the Paradise Valley Silver Trowel Masonic Lodge and the American Legion. Cremation, followed by internment will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery or Arizona. Because of the coronavirus crisis, friends and family may visit the site as safety and discretion dictate, but no formal service will be held. The family asks that donations be directed to any animal welfare group in honor of his great love for his horses, his Golden Retriever Chauncey and his cat, Sam. Best funeral is handling the arrangements.
